- In unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
- Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, labels, barcodes, and invoice.
- Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup within 4–5 business days.

- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for the refund.
